Please select the free delivery with on-site installation and commissioning which accompanies the Deltawave. This is required for practice standards. The Vet Direct team will contact you regarding delivery and confirm when the engineer will visit to commission which is usually 3 working days from delivery.
We advise that your practice has an Oxygen Analyser to test the oxygen concentration delivered by the concentrator daily.

Returns
Non-faulty returns are accepted within 3 working days of dispatch subject to a restocking fee. Please contact Customer Care to arrange the return and obtain a returns number. Further information on our returns policy can be found here: Vet Direct Returns
Please note that special order items or items shipped directly from the supplier to your practice are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
