Returns

Please note that special order items or items shipped directly from the supplier to your practice are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

- Free delivery is available when you spend over £85.
- Delivery charges apply when your basket ex VAT is under £85.
- Due to higher delivery costs, all deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands & Isles, & None Mainland destinations will incur a deliver charge.
- Some items require shipping on a pallet for which there will be an additional charge. Customer Care are able to advise of this.
- There are additional delivery charges for products we ship directly from the supplier to your practice. These delivery costs vary dependent upon the product and courier service. Please call Customer Care on 0800 068 3300 for a quote including delivery if there is a lead time for your chosen item.
