Terms and Conditions - Scrubs In Action Facebook Competition
- The Scrubs In Action Facebook Competition (the "Competition") is organised by Vet Direct (the "Organiser").
- By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, who are following and have Liked the Vet Direct Facebook Page.

- Wait for the Competition post to be live on Facebook.
- Drop a single photo of themselves wearing their scrubs into the comments section of the Competition post.
- Encourage their friends and peers to like their comment
- The Competition will end on 18/06/2024 at 5pm as stated in the related social media posts.

- By entering the Competition, participants grant Vet Direct permission to reshare their entry photo and related content across Vet Direct platforms and in promotional marketing materials.
- Participants who include images with animals in a practice setting must have obtained permission from the Pet owner before entering the Competition.
- The number of likes will determine the winners of the Competition on their comments on the post. The comments with the highest number of likes will be the winner.
- Winners will be notified by Vet Direct through a Facebook direct message within three (3) days after the Competition has ended. Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond within the specified time or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, another winner may be selected by Vet Direct at their discretion.
- The prizes for the Competition consist of Stanley Quencher Cups. There will be five (5) winners, each receiving one (1) cup.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice or explanation.
- The Organiser's decision regarding the winners and all other aspects of the Competition is final and binding.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
- By participating in the Competition, participants release Facebook from any liability related to the Competition.
- By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
